My computer went hay wire on me. Direct tv sold me on this plan and I have made all my payments for this coverage.

I paid my $50.00 deductible and shipped my computer to them. It took them about 3 wks. To tell me the computer could not be fixed and they gave me 3 choices to choose from for my replacement. The computer I selected was a refurbished computer that I was not able to get up and running and had to ship the replacement back to them.

They said tha they were able to resolve the issue and shipped it back to me. The computer I recieved back was damaged beyond repair. Cracked screen and the computer was badly seperated in corner. I was told after reporting this damage and sent them pics.

of the damage tha supervisor had said that my claim was being denied, With out any explanation. All I can say is that anyone who is considering this coverage from Direct T V be Leary.
