WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They messed up my bill 6 months in a row and refuse to fix it correctly!

They have the worst customer service and they make you pay more than you really owe every month. Be ware of this company and check your bill regularly and expect to be on the phone for hours fixing the problem. You will call one person and they will say they found the problem and fixed it but in all reality they diod nothing but waste your time.

You will end up calling them day after day trying to fix the problem i do not recommend this company to anyone. Great channels but with the customer service its not worth it.

Monetary Loss: $400.
