We just installed Directv.We did not get services promised including some channels.

We were bundling with our ATT phones and getting a wireless hotspot to cover internet. When the device did not arrive, we called and were told we had never ordered it. I called ATT and was told that the device would not work for us even if we did get it. I was also told that our phones and television were not bundled.

We were also told that if we did not like the service we would have 30 days to cancel.When we tried to work with customer service we were told there was nothing that could be done about the missing channels.

When we tried to cancel we were told that there would be a fee (after only 4 days).The customer service person was rude, informed us that she did not have a supervisor and there was no one else that we could talk to and then hung up on us.

This person wrote the review because of order processing issue at Directv. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Directv to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
