You have given us the customers no information about the channels we have lost. No time frame or even if we will get it back.

I used to love direct tv even your customer service. You now are at the level with AT&T and I will be looking for a new provider.

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Tv Package.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Fix the problem .

Directv Pros: I get no pros.

Directv Cons: Lack of channels, I lost channels and pay for them.

Are you aware that DirecTV IS. AT&T?

No wonder they are at the same level. They are the same company! One thought.. buy an antenna and watch broadcast TV for free.

They don't cost much. Google it!
