The new upgraded guide is horrible. It is not intuitive and a real detriment to the TV watching experience. I have not been at all satisfied with my experience with your company and plan many more negative reviews and complaints.
I was promised incentives when I first signed up and have gotten nothing but stalling tactics and a run around when I have tried to question your company.
I'm not a satisfied customer and plan to cancel my service after more than 15 years of subscribing to your service as soon as my current obligation is complete.
I don't dare anticipate any response from you since it is almost impossible to get through the multi-level menus associated with your customer service system. However, please be aware that I will continue to complain about your service over every vehicle possible.
